Module 10: Key Performance Indicators

In this forum, let’s think about OUR University. As with all organizations, key performance indicators (KPI’s) can be used to help gauge the success of an organization. While this will be a limited analysis of the university, let’s discuss some KPI’s that could be used to measure success.
