Please follow the following instruction:

Name of the University and College The full name of the assignment The course (LAW352) The names of group members and ID The name of Instructor Date of submission
THE TABLE OF CONTENTS:
The assignment should have a proper table of contents. This should contain all the headings of the assignment as well as the page numbers on which each heading starts. In case of group assignment you have to mention the name or ID number if the group member who wrote it.

ABSTRACT:
The abstract should very concisely summarize the whole report: why it was written, what was discovered or developed, and what is claimed to be the significance of the effort. The abstract does not include figures or tables, and only the most significant numerical values or results should be given.
INTRODUCTION:
The introduction should provide a clear statement of the project, and why the project is of interest. If needed, the introduction also needs to present background information. A brief summary of the unique approach your group used.
MAIN REPORT:
It shall contain title and sub title according to contains of the project.

CONCLUSIONS:
Conclusions should summarize the central points made in the discussion section, reinforcing for the reader the value and implications of the work.
REFERENCES:
Footnote:
It can be mentioned at the end of each page or at the end of each section/chapter. You must mention the name of the author, volume (if any) and page number.

Bibliography:
Mention the detailed information of the sources you use in your assignment.
Book Reference:

Web Reference:
Web reference is usually not considered. Only Organizations websites can be used as reference; properly mention the web sources and dates. Improper use of reference is considered plagiarism.

Grading:
Your project will be evaluated on the following criteria:
a. Properly formatting and designing the project as mentioned above. b. Properly citation of footnotes and bibliographies as mentioned above. c. How well you describe the topic of your project. d. Accurate and thorough use of course concepts.

e. Extent to which your analysis/ report is relevant. f. Quality of written analysis. g. Quality of oral discussion.
