Question 4: Explain why people resist change and what you can do to increase commitment when introducing change.
Question 5: Create your own organizational change model using elements from different change models covered in class or the readings. (you need to blend several different models into one approach, not list the steps in a single model). Your answer could take the form of a series of suggested steps (sequence is important) with a brief rationale for why you are recommending the action. Be sure to identify the specific change model (e.g., Kotter) in each step.
