In looking at Table 5-5 in the text, you can see the entire scope of coverage expected for Local Health Departments (LHDs) and Public Health Offices (PHOs). What you also read is that these 10 Essentials grew from the 1945 Basic Six Services.

Using your text as the primary resource, discuss the growth of public health from the Basic Six to where it stands today.
