Paper should be 5-8 pages including the criteria chart in #1 and implementation chart in #4 below. Paper should be double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 point font, 1″ margins. See appendix for headings to use in your paper.

This assignment is worth 150 points. Grammar/syntax/quality is worth 10 of the 150 points. Point values for each question are listed below. See grading rubric in excel or on Blackboard.

Use your analysis of the current situation to identify 3-5 relevant criteria that should be considered in deciding among alternatives related to the key decision. (40 points)
