Part 1:  Watch the video by Dan Airley (Watch TED Talk:  Are We in Charge of Our Own Decisions?  Dan Airley) What you don&#8217;t know about making decisions.   After watching it, describe two of the points he made about why decision are difficult.<br />
Part 2:  Phone a Friend Call a friend or family member who has had some business experience, and ask them to tell you about a decision that they thought would turn out one way but it turned out much different than expected.  Why did that happen?   Include 1 &#8211; 2 sentences about your friend and his/her experience.<br />
Part 3:  After reading the chapter in the HBR (Harvard Business Review On Making Smart Decisions  Why Good Leaders Make Bad Decsions), Why good leaders make bad decisions., what is your main take-away as to how we can prevent faulty decision?   Use two citations and references from the book.<br />
This is a 2-3 page paper.<br />
